Camera with setting forced at resolution of 1Mpx max (1280×768 or less) to be sure that result file size is less than 150kb. On some Android devices, the default Camera app doesnt allow changing resolution, or doesnt allow to change it if launched from another application (by intent). That behavior force to have lengthy post-process to reduce size of picture, it is not ideal especially on low end devices.
